Comparing Samples in Analyst
NanoSuite does not compare multiple samples. This procedure must be
carried out in Analyst.
1 Launch NanoSuite.
2 Open the first sample that you want to include in your comparison.
3 Select Output Sample to Excel from the Export menu.
4 Repeat step 1 through step 3 for each sample that you want to
include in your comparison.
5 Launch Analyst.
6 Select Calculations from the Options menu.
a If the data were collected using the basic instrument, then select
the Create Sample Summary Sheet radio button in the
Calculations dialog box.
b If the data were collected with the CSM option, then select the
Create Sample Average Sheet radio button as shown in
Figure 6-98.

about the Calculations dialog box.
