NanoSuite Reference
There are some parameters in the NanoSuite software that are used only
with the Scratch Testing option.
Required Inputs
When using the Scratch Testing option, the Required Inputs should
display the following 12 parameters as shown in
Figure E-6 and
described below.

Scratch Length
The total length of the scratch proper, not including profile segments
that are performed at the beginning and end of the scratch.
Scratch Velocity
The speed of the motion system with respect to the indenter during
scratch segments.
Scratch Orientation
The angle of the scratch from zero to 360 degrees, where zero is a
vertical scratch beginning at the top of the sample.
