10 In the Review Sample Names dialog box, replace the six X’s in the
default sample name with the current date in a six-digit format (for
example, March 15, 2012 would be 031512).
11 Click OK.
The head will park and the stages will move into position.
12 In the Review the first test location of Sample dialog box

Figure 6-74 on page 6-53), verify that the microscope is in the
correct location over the fused silica standard.
