2 When adjustment is needed:
a If the pin is below the line, turn the Load Adjustment crank
clockwise until the pin lines up with the horizontal line.
b If the pin is above the line, turn the Load Adjustment crank
counter-clockwise until the pin lines up with the horizontal line.
Adjusting the vertical position of the floating top plate may take more
than one rotation of the crank.
3 After each rotation of the crank, depress the floating top plate so that
the plate can reach equilibrium.
