14 Review each tab at the bottom of the dialog box:
• General
• Description
• Limits
• Options
• Advanced
Note the properties of the Delta X For Finding Surface for each tab.
15 Click the Description tab.
16 Click on the following inputs one at a time and read their
descriptions in the Description tab:
• Delta X For Finding Surface
• Delta Y For Finding Surface
• Perform Drift Test Segment
17 Click OK to close the Edit Inputs dialog box.
18 Exit NanoSuite.
