Disp Into Surface (nm): Peak indentation displacement, averaged over
all valid indents in the test array.
Modulus (GPa): Young's modulus, averaged over all valid indents in
the test array.
Modulus SD (GPa): Standard deviation of valid Young's modulus
measurements for the test array.
Hardness (GPa): Hardness, averaged over all valid indents in the test
array.
Hardness SD (GPa): Standard deviation of valid hardness
measurements for the test array.
Stiffness

/Force (GPa): Diagnostic parameter which is proportional to
the square of modulus divided by hardness. Parameter is independent of
contact area.
