Spectrum Emission Mask Offset Reference Level
Function
This command sets the reference level of the offset for Spectrum
Emission Mask measurement.

Range Value equivalent to –120 to +50 dBm
Resolution 0.01 dB
Suffix code DBM,DM
dBm is used when omitted.

To set the reference level of the offset to 0 dBm.
