Frame Sync Offset
Function
This command sets the offset time from frame trigger occurrence signal
source input until the frame trigger occurrence.

S is used when the suffix code is omitted.

Details
This command is not available for MS269x Series.
This setting is shared by the trigger signal and gate signal. The same
value is also used when frame trigger is selected as the gate signal source
for gate sweep.
Example of Use
To set the frame trigger occurrence offset time to 100 ms.
