frame alignment information includes the below bits contained in seven
subframes.
F-Bits: Framing bits
Stuffing Bits: Bit stuffing control bits
X-Bits: Message bits
P-Bits: Parity bits
M-Bits: Multiframing bits
AIC: Application Identification Channel
Na: Reserved Network Application bit
CP: C-bit Parity
FEBE: Far-End Block Error
Data Link: Data links for application
FEAC: Far-End Alarm and Control Channel
The x of "0xxxxxx011111111" indicates Code Word.
