! Pay attention to the polarity when connecting
adapter cable 1684463956 to the injector. Rever-
se polarity may damage the injector irreversibly.
Observe the injector manufacturer's connection
instructions.

of the EPS 118 (Fig. 3, item 10). The flat plug with the
red dot corresponds to pin 1 and is the positive termi-
nal.

ries used for connecting and testing Bosch CRIN to the
EPS 118.
Return adapter connection for CRIN with divided
return quantity
The return adapter connects the CRIN with divided
return quantity to the test connection for the return
quantity (Fig. 3, item3) on the EPS 118. The hose as-
sembly 1684462570 (Fig. 9, item1) and Bosch CRIN
hose fitting 1 683 386 192 (Fig. 9, item4) are needed
for connecting to the test connection for the return
quantity (Fig. 3, item3).
