Assembly
1. Slide the new filter element (Fig. 47, item 5) onto
the deflector (Fig. 47, item 6).
2. Secure the deflector plate (Fig. 47, item 4).
3. Before installing the filter assembly, check if the
O-ring (Fig. 47, item 7) is present and correctly
installed on the condensate vessel.
4. Insert the filter assembly (Fig. 47, item 3) into the
condensate vessel and turn it by 45° to secure it.
5. Before installing the condensate vessel, check if
the O-ring (Fig. 47, item 8) is present and correctly
installed on the deflector.
i On the condensate vessel, there are two lines
(Fig. 48, item 1,2) to the left and right of the
lock. While the condensate vessel is inserted
into the maintenance unit, one of the lines must
align with the indentation (Fig. 48, item 3) on
the maintenance unit. Then, turn the condensate
vessel in the direction of the indentation until
the lock engages audibly.

6. Secure the condensate vessel (Fig. 47, item 1) on
the maintenance unit (Fig. 47, item 9).
7. Connect the compressed-air line to the mainte-
nance unit.
8. Switch on the compressed air.
9. Check for leakage. In case of leakage, check instal-
lation position of the condensate vessel.
10. Check if the condensate hose is still properly run
into the collecting container.
