CAUTION
Risk of crushing when attaching the protective plate on the magnetic kit of the WT!
Due to the high magnetic forces, the protective plate is suddenly pulled to the
magnetic kit.
Use appropriate protective equipment (e.g. protective gloves and safety goggles)
Be prepared for high forces of attraction.
Place the protective plate with the plastic cover on the magnetic kit!
Keep body parts away from between the protective plate and the magnetic kit.
NOTICE
When working at electrical systems, observe the 5 safety rules!
De-energize.
Secure against reactivation.
Ensure absence of voltage on all poles.
Ground and short-circuit.
Cover or block off any adjacent live parts.
10.1 Cleaning and care
DANGER
Risk of injury or death due to ignorance of the possible hazards!
If the possible hazards at the system are unknown, there is a risk of serious injury
and burns or even death.
The cleaning personnel must be informed of the possible hazards to the system
before starting the cleaning work.
NOTICE
Failure of bearings
Applying grease-dissolving substances to the bearing points, e.g. during cleaning,
leads to bearing failure. There is a risk of damage to property, and service life
may be reduced.
Keep degreasers or aggressive cleaning agents away from the bearings!
Only clean the product with a damp cloth.
10.1.1 Upper V-rail and guide rails for section/curve module
Clean deposits and contamination from the upper V-rail and the guide rails weekly
using isopropanol (IPA) and a clean, soft cloth.
After cleaning with isopropanol, a new lubricating fi lm must be applied to the upper
V-rail and the guide rails in order to prevent damage to the WT.
