Assembling the profi le connector on 2 section modules
Please note:
Profi le connectors (B) are
connected symmetrically
over the connection
point (C) between
• 2 section modules or
• 1 section module and
1 curve module
1. Make sure that the
corner of the adjustment
wedge matches the
central slot of the profi le
connector.
2. Make sure that the foam
part (D) is glued on.
3. Insert the connecting
block (A) with the
chamfer fi rst.
Please note:
• The connecting block
must have direct contact
with both coil cores
(iron on iron).
• The profi le connector
for 2 section modules
is assembled using
8 M6 x 35 screws.
4. Assemble the profi le
connector (B) in the
T-slots of the section
modules and tighten the
screws.
5. Tighten the locking
screws of the sliding
blocks.
