6 Transport and storage
• Observe the transport instructions on the packaging.
• Transport weight: see delivery documents.
• Secure the product against tipping over!
• Always maintain ambient conditions during storage and transport,
see technical data on page 184.
• Observe maximum sizes and axis loads for your means of transport.
• Ensure proper, undamaged packaging of the transported material.
6.1 Transporting the product
WARNING
Suspended loads may fall!
Falling objects can result in severe injury (or even death).
Wear suitable protective equipment (e.g. safety footwear, safety gloves, etc.).
Use only suitable lifting equipment/suspension gear with suffi cient bearing load
(for the product weight refer to the delivery documents).
Check the load securing measures.
Make sure the lifting straps are correctly fastened before lifting the product!
Secure the product against tipping over when lifting!
Make sure that no one but the operator is in the danger zone during lifting and
lowering!
