Please note:
The guide rollers must be
replaced from a vertical
clearance of ≥ 0.5 mm.
Necessary spare parts
• Guide rollers fl at (2 pcs)

1. Remove the WT from
the ActiveMover
(see chapter 7.5.14).
2. Place the protective plate
with the plastic cover on
the magnetic kit!
3. Loosen the locking
screws of the guide
rollers.
4. Remove the axles of the
guide rollers.
5. Remove the guide rollers
with washers.
6. Assemble the new guide
rollers with washers
(2 per guide roller)
in reverse order.
