Checking the vertical and horizontal offset of the upper V-rail, section module to section
module
Please note:
• Execute the upper V-rail
setting from vertical
offset to horizontal
offset alternately until
the guide rail is fl ush
right through and
the movement of the
workpiece pallets can
no longer be heard via
the connecting point of
the transition between
the guide rails.
• If the lateral offset
is > ±0.05 mm, fi rst
proceed to fi g. 55 and
then to fi g. 54.
1. Make sure that all
fi xing screws of the
profi le connector (A)
and the module
holder (B) are
tightened.
2. Check the height
and lateral offset
of the guide rails
using the fi nger and
a straightedge.
3. Adjust the height
offset (see fi g. 53
on page 77).
4. Adjust the lateral
offset (see fi g. 54
on page 77).
