Assembling the profi le connector for curve module and section module
1. Make sure that the
corner of the adjustment
wedge matches the
central slot of the profi le
connector.
2. Make sure that the foam
part (D) is glued on.
3. Insert the connecting
block (A) with the
chamfer fi rst.
Please note:
• The connecting block
must have direct contact
with both coil cores
(iron on iron).
• The profi le connector is
assembled:
– on the curve module
with 2 M8 x 45 screws.
– on the section module
with 4 M6 x 35 screws.
4. Install the profi le
connector (B) in the
T-slots of the section
module and the fi xing
holes of the curve
module. Tighten the
screws.
5. Tighten the locking
screws of the sliding
blocks.
