Setting the height offset ≤ ±0.05 mm, section module to curve module
Please note:
• Execute the upper V-rail
setting from vertical
offset to horizontal offset
alternately until the guide
rail is fl ush right through
and the movement of the
workpiece pallets can
no longer be heard via
the connecting point of
the transition between
the guide rails.
• If the lateral offset
is > ±0.05 mm, fi rst
proceed to fi g. 58 and
then to fi g. 57.
1. Loosen the bottom fi xing
screws of the module
holder.
2. Loosen the fi xing screws
of the profi le connector.
3. Set the height offset on
the setting screw until
the guide rails are fl ush.

Right upward
Left downward
4. Tighten the fi xing screws
of the module holder
and profi le connectors
and tighten the setting
screw.
