10.2.3 Testing the connection block (magnetic connector section/curve module)
Slowly move a workpiece pallet manually over the section/curve modules.
A low (magnetic) resistance must be felt at the connection points of the
section/curve modules.
10.2.4 Control panel fan
Perform regular monthly checks of the ActiveMover control panel fan for
damage, loose connection cables, dust and contamination. For cleaning the fan,
see chapter 10.1.5.
10.2.5 Control panel air fi lter
Perform regular monthly checks of the ActiveMover control panel air fi lter for dust
and contamination.
10.2.6 Air fi lter of power supply
Perform regular monthly checks of the air fi lter of the power supply for dust and
contamination. For replacing the air fi lter see chapter 10.4.25.
10.2.7 All screws
Perform regular monthly checks of all the ActiveMover components for loose
mountings and loose screws.
