Replacing the measuring system
Please note:
• After replacement of the
measuring system, a new
calibration/setting of the
magnetic strip position is
imperatively necessary.
Otherwise, the WT can
no longer be operated.
• The measuring system
can be destroyed by
magnetic fi elds. Do not
touch the measuring
system with magnetic
objects.

1. Remove the WT from
the ActiveMover
(see chapter 7.5.14).
2. Place the protective plate
with the plastic cover on
the magnetic kit!
3. Loosen the two lateral
screws on the WT.
4. Disassemble the
measuring system.
5. Install the new
measuring system in the
reverse order.
6. Check the distance
of the measuring
system (encoder and
magnetic strips),
see chapter 10.5.1.
7. Recalibrate the WT
(see chapter 10.5.4
et sq).
