D. ADJUSTING FAN BELT
1. Apply force of 10 kgf to the fan belt (in the middle of the
fan pulley and alternator pulley) and measure its defl ec-
tion.
2. If its defl ection is out of the specifi ed range (5 ~ 10 mm
(0.197 ~ 0.394 in.)), move the alternator to just the ten-
sion.
3. Check the belt for any damage. If its surface is worn or
stuck into the belt groove, replace it.

C. REPLACING HYDRAULIC OIL, HST FILTER
AND TANK FILTER
1. Remove the drain plug and drain the oil.
2. Remove the level check bolt. Add oil until oil fl ows out
from the level check hole.
