1 CHAPTER OVERVIEW
Alstom Grid products are supplied with pre-loaded Fixed Scheme Logic (FSL) and Programmable Scheme
Logic (PSL). The FSL schemes cannot be modified. They have been individually designed to suit the model
in question. Each model also provides default PSL schemes, which have also been designed to suit each
model. If these schemes suit your requirements, you do not need to take any action. However, if you want to
change the input-output mappings, or to implement custom scheme logic, you can change these, or create
new PSL schemes using the PSL editor.
This chapter provides details of the in-built FSL schemes and the default PSL schemes.
