PRELIMINARY
3.) Disconnect the SATA DVD cable and the SATA DVD power cable from the rear of the DVD /CD-
RW Drive, as indicated in Figure 8-210.
4.) Slide the DVD /CD-RW drive out of its compartment.
8-8-1-5 DVD/CD-RW Installation Procedure
1.) Carefully place the replacement DVD /CD-RW Drive into the Peripheral Console.
2.) Connect the new DVD cable as follows:
a.) Connect the DVD SATA cable (P/N 5417774) to the DVD and plug it into Port 2 on the BIF.
b.) Connect the SATA power cable (P/N 5417776) to the DVD and plug it into Port 3 on the BIF
(see the connection map located on the sub-woofer).
3.) Refit the covers, previously removed:
