Function It queries all of the value data and corresponding
frequency | voltage | current of TRACE A and TRACE B.

Query syntax
:SWEep:ANALysis:RESult?
Return data +1.000000E+03 , +2.212126E-04 , +1.398695E+00 ,
+1.035500E+03 , +2.209532E-04 , +1.446218E+00…(Format is in
<NR3>). It uploads the TRACE A data at the beginning. It start
uploading TRACE B data when finish uploading TRACE A data.
:SWEep:ANALysis:CALCulate?
Function It queries the data of R1, L1, C1, C0 and R0 which are in
the ANALYSIS mode.

Function It queries the SRF fs (self-resonant frequency serial).
