TT-I-735A or equivalent (ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL)
TT-M0261 or equivalent (MEK: METHYL ETHYL KETONE)
O-A-51 or equivalent (ACETONE)
ICA01209 (INSPECTORS LACQUER, ANTI SABOTAGE, ORANGE)
1. Clean threads of PRESSURE SENSOR with ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL, MEK, OR ACETONE.
2. Apply THREADLOCKER to threads of the PRESSURE SENSOR. Install PRESSURE SENSOR 2
to 3 turns past finger tight into the fuel pressure sensor adapter. (See Figure 6-20.)
3. Check that hardware is secure on the supply line B-nuts. Torque B-nuts to 110-130 in-lb.
4. Connect D9036P on the fuselage wire harness to the PRESSURE SENSOR.
5. Install headliner. (See “Headliner Installation” on page 3-38.)
6. Turn fuel shutoff valve to the ON position.
VERIFICATION METHOD:
Pressure check fuel lines with fuel valve in ON position and both pumps running. Ensure no leaks are
visible.
