2.13 Weight and Balance Information
The A5 weight and balance can be established using two different methods. The first (and more accu-
rate) method uses three jack points—one on each wing and one under the tail skid. The second method
uses the aircraft on its landing gear—two main wheels and the nose wheel. In both methods, the
aircraft is leveled by use of a built-in bubble level located under the passenger floorboard panel.

NOTE: Any maintenance work that affects weight and balance must be
completed by conducting an empty weight and balance measure-
ment and then updating the Weight and Balance Record in the
Pilot’s Operating Handbook.
