1. Remove the floorboard panels from the aircraft by pulling upward on them. (See “Cockpit Floor
Board Removal” on page 3-46.)
2. With the rudder pedals locked in the middle position, check angle between rudder rails and
rudder pedal arm weldments using a protractor or inclinometer.
VERIFICATION METHOD:
The measurement should be 90°± 1°. If not within this specification, refer to the re-rigging
process/installation for instructions on how to rig correctly. (See “Re-Rigging Rudder Pedals” on page
9-103.)
