6.9 MAC Address
The MAC address of the network interface card installed in the copier can be
checked.

The device parameters are as follows:

Reminder
When the copier is turned off, then on again, turn off the auxiliary power
button before turning off the main power switch. In addition, wait at least
10 seconds to turn the machine on after turning it off; otherwise, the ma-
chine may not function normally.
To check the MAC address
1 In the Administrator Setting screen, touch [5 Network Setting]. (Refer to
page 1-17 for more details.)
2 In the Network Setting screen, touch [6 Detail Setting].
3 In the Detail Setting screen, touch [1 Device Setting].
The Device Setting screen appears.
4 Specify the desired settings.
Item Description
Mac Address Used to verify the Mac address of the copier’s network
interface card.
Network Speed Sets the network speed. After changing the setting, be sure
to turn the copier off, then on again with the main power
switch.
