MAINTENANCE AND SERVICING
16. Remove t he M20 nut (A), washers, and hex head
bolt (B) securing carrier leg (C) to the left end of the
mower conditioner.

17. Remove forward pin (A) connecting center-link (B)
to anchor (C) and separate center-link from anchor.
Reinstall pin in anchor to store.
18. Remove forward pin (D) and four washers (E) attaching
indicator links (F) to anchor (B). R einstall pin and
washers in anchor to store.
19. Secure cente r-link and indicator links to carrier frame
with a strap or wire to prevent them from contacting the
mower conditioner during separation.

20. Remove two hex head bolts (A) and spacers (B)
securing steering arm (C) to gearbox.
21. Lift steering arm (C) off gearbox and secure arm to
hitch (D) with a s trap or wire.
22. Reinstall hex head bolts (A) and spacers (B)
into gearbox.
23. Disconnect aft driveline (E) from header drive gearbox.

24. Secure driveline (E) to hitch (D) with a stra p or w ire .
