Dynamic sensor temperature
mismatch.
Mismatch temperature: 10 (°C).
Error Code: 8004
The system has detected a mismatch between
the Thermode sensors during a dynamic
temperature change. PATHWAY automatically
switches to Safe Mode in order to prevent any
damage.
The reported mismatch temperature indicates
the difference in temperature between the
sensors at the time the error occurred.
Before attempting to resume normal
operation:
1. Check that the Thermodes are intact and
undamaged.
2. Run the system Self-Test
3. Re-calibrate the Thermode.
If the problem persists, stop using the system
and contact Medoc service.
Emergency disconnect during Self-
Test failed. Error Code: 8005
The system Self-Test failed due to a problem
in the emergency disconnect mechanism.
PATWHAY remains in Safe Mode in order to
prevent any damage.
1. Check that the Thermode is intact and
undamaged.
2. Make sure that the coolant temperatures
are below:
- 15°C in the Thermode (status line)
- 25°C in the Cooling Unit (PATHWAY
front panel).
If the temperatures are higher than
stated above, wait 5-10 minutes and
check again.
3. Run Self-Test to verify that the PATHWAY
system is enabled to continue work.
If the problem persists, stop using the
PATHWAY system and contact Medoc service.
Failed to recovery from Safe Mode,
PATHWAY returns Acknowledge Code
= ##.
The system Self-Test failed due to an error.
PATHWAY remains in Safe Mode in order to
prevent any damage.
Save the Acknowledge Code number or name

software. If the problem persists, contact
Medoc Service with the acknowledge code
number or name.
Failed to recovery from Safe Mode,
no response from PATHWAY during
timeout period.
The system Self-Test failed due to a
communication error. Try to re-establish
