16.
CHEPS Thermode heater did not
respond to temperature changes.
Error Code: 8006
The system Self-Test failed due to a problem
in the CHEPS Thermode. PATHWAY remains in
Safe Mode in order to prevent any damage.
1. Check that the Thermode is intact and
undamaged.
2. Check that the Thermode plug and
connectors are properly attached to the
system.
3. Run the system Self-Test again
If the problem persists stop using the
PATHWAY system and contact Medoc service.

Thermode TEC did not respond to
temperature changes. Error Code:
8007
The system Self-Test failed due to a problem
in one of the Thermodes. PATHWAY remains in
Safe Mode to prevent any damage.
1. Check that the Thermode is intact and
undamaged.
2. Check that the Thermode plug and
connectors are properly attached to the
system.
3. Run the system Self-Test again.
If the problem persists stop using the
PATHWAY system and contact Medoc service.

Water overheat. Water temperature:
31 (°C). Error Code: 8008
The temperature of the coolant in the
Thermode is too high. PATHWAY automatically
switches to Safe Mode in order to prevent any
damage.
1. Press the emergency button and wait 5-
10 minutes to allow the coolant
temperature to decrease.
2. Run the system Self-Test again.
If the problem persists, stop using the
PATHWAY system and contact Medoc service.
19.
CHEPS Heater sensor is shorted or
disconnected. Error Code: 8009
The CHEPS Thermode temperature sensors
seem to be either shorted or disconnected.
Pathway automatically switches to Safe Mode
in order to prevent and further damage.
Before attempting to resume normal
operation:
1. Check that the Thermode is intact and
undamaged.
2. Check that the Thermode connectors are
properly attached to the system.
3. Run the system Self-Test again.
If the problem persists, stop using the
PATHWAY system and contact Medoc service.
