TEC sensor is shorted or
disconnected. Error Code: 800A
The Thermode temperature sensors seem to
be either shorted or disconnected. Pathway
automatically switches to Safe Mode in order
to prevent and further damage.
Before attempting to resume normal
operation:
1. Check that the Thermode is intact and
undamaged.
2. Check that the Thermode connectors are
properly attached to the system.
3. Run the system Self-Test again.
If the problem persists, stop using the
PATHWAY system and contact Medoc service.

Water sensor is shorted or
disconnected. Error Code: 800B
The Thermode water sensor seems to be
either shorted or disconnected. Pathway
automatically switches to Safe Mode in order
to prevent and further damage.
Before attempting to resume normal
operation:
1. Check that the Thermode is intact and
undamaged.
2. Check that the Thermode connectors are
properly attached to the system.
3. Run the system Self-Test again.
If the problem persists, stop using the
PATHWAY system and contact Medoc service.

400C
An error has occurred in the PATHWAY
processor during run time. Click OK and
continue working as usual.
If the problem persists, send the
corresponding error code to the Medoc service
team.

Time mark missed. Error Code: 400D
An error has occurred in the PATHWAY
processor during run time.
1. Click OK and continue working as usual.
2. If the problem persists, restart the
PATHWAY system and software.
If the problem persists, contact Medoc service
with the error code.
24.
Sample buffer full. Error Code: 2001
An error occurred in the PATHWAY processor
during run time. Click OK and continue
working as usual.
If the problem persists, send the
corresponding error code to the Medoc service
team.
