RL78/G1H CHAPTER 27 FLASH MEMORY
R01UH0575EJ0120 Rev. 1.20 Page 814 of 920
Dec 22, 2016
There are two flash memory programming modes: wide voltage mode and full speed mode. The supply voltage
value applied to the microcontroller during write operations and the setting information of the user option byte for
setting of the flash memory programming mode determine which mode is selected.
When a dedicated flash memory programmer is used for serial programming, setting the voltage on GUI selects
the mode automatically.
Remark 1. Using both the wide voltage mode and full speed mode imposes no restrictions on writing, erasing, or verification.
Remark 2. For details about communication commands, see 27.3.4 Communication commands.
