Viewing and saving attachments
Some received messages may contain a Appointment
or To Do attachment. You may view and save the
attachment as follows:
1.
While you are reading the message, if the
ATTACH button is bisible, touch the ATTACH
button.
2.
To save the attachment, touch Save.
The attachment is detached and saved as an
Appointment or a To Do, accordingly.
3.
If you do not want to detach the attachment,
touch Done.
Converting messages to documents
You can convert one or more messages to Documents,
as follows.
1.
Touch EDIT, then select “Convert Mes-
sage...”.
2.
Enter a title for the Document.
You can convert the current message, tagged
messages, or all messages.
3.
If you have chosen Delete messages after
conversion, the selected messages will be
deleted after the conversion process is
complete.
4.
Touch OK to start the conversion.
5.
When the following prompt appears, touch
OK.
