4.4 Adjusting the Backlight
This section explains the following settings (which are used when adjusting the backlight).
• Turning off the backlight
• Automatically turning off the backlight
• Adjusting the brightness

UTILITY System Configuration Menu
Press UTILITY and then press the System Configuration soft key to display the following menu.
Adjust the backlight.
Adjusting the Backlight (LCD)
Press the LCD soft key to display the following menu.
Set the backlight brightness.
Set the brightness.
Set the timeout value.
Set the timeout value for
automatically turning the
backlight off.
Enable or disable the automatic
turning off of the backlight.
Turns off the backlight
You can turn on the backlight by pressing any key.
