- Ensure bottom of rack tube
positions 1- 10 are not worn.
Replace rack as necessary

- Inspect Sample tubes: Ensure
tube caps are fully seated and
not defective
- Clean Contact Sensor

each Mixing Paddle.
Ensure Paddle moves up/
down freely, no sticking.
