Purpose:
Perform this procedure to ali

n X-Axis Solenoids with Rack Guides.
1. Perform Check procedure “VP - 3.16 X-Axis Solenoid to Rack Guide Check” (Pa
g
e 3-55).
CAUTION:Do not loosen Rack Guides to perform this adjustment.

nment of Solenoids to Ri

a. Loosen Ri
g
ht (Home) Sensor screws.
b. Adjust Sensor bracket until X-Axis Solenoids ali
g
n with Rack Guide.
c. Put Sample Loader in Manual Mode
1.
Press and Hold
MAN
and
START
.
2.
Turn Power
ON
, hold keys down until BEEPING stops.
3.
Remove racks.
4.
Ensure X-Axis Solenoids are ali
g
ned with Ri
g
ht Rack Guide. Check with a strai
g
ht ed
g
e.
d. Check Ri
g
ht Rack Guide by movin
g
X-Axis Solenoids (
