VP - 6.3 Mixing Home Sensor Check/Adjustment
Purpose:
Perform this procedure to verify and adjust Mixin
g
Head Assembly Home Position.
All Loaders
1. Clear Racks from under Mixin
g
Paddle.
2. Put Sample Loader in Manual Mode.
a. Press and Hold
MAN
and
START
.
b. Turn Power
ON
, hold keys down until BEEPING stops.
3. Press (
↓ Z ↑
) keys to move the Mixin
g
Paddle all the way down then all the way up and check
measurement (Fi
g
ure 3-44).
NOTE:Measure from knurled edge of Mix Paddle not rounded tip.
4. If check fails, adjust Home Sensor (Fi
g
ure 3-44).
NOTE:If check continues to fail, ensure Shims (2) are present below Mixing Assembly. See TSB
97-030.
