Purpose:
Perform this procedure to verify the X-Axis Pusher Arms are ali

ned in the Platen Wall

1. Put Sample Loader in Manual Mode.
a. Press and Hold
MAN
and
START
.
b. Turn Power
ON
, hold keys down until BEEPING stops.
2. Press
Y
key on Loader Keyboard until Pusher Arms are retracted.
3. Pusher head must be flush or, in the case of E and F Loaders, recessed approximately 1/2 of
platen wall thickness (Fi

ure 3-23).
4. Pusher head should be approximately centered in platen wall cutout (Fi
g
ure 3-23).
• If Check is OK,

o to “VP - 3.16 X-Axis Solenoid to Rack Guide Check” (Pa

• If Check Fails,
