Purpose:
Perform this procedure to ensure Platen is ali
g
ned (side to side) with the Tower.
1. Put Sample Loader in Manual Mode.
a. Press and Hold
MAN
and
START
.
b. Turn Power
ON
, hold keys down until BEEPING stops.
c. Ensure BAR (1/0) Switch is set to 1
2. Ensure Needle is in Home position.
3. Ensure Laser Shield hardware is ti

ht.
4. Press (

) key to move X-Axis Solenoids to Left Stop.

nment Tool in Ri

ht Side of Platen.
6. Place Rack in Tool cutout (Under Tower) (Fi

ure 3-17).
7. Both Laser Shield Cutouts must line up exactly with tube positions 3 and 5.
8. Press

ize tube pusher solenoid.
9. Ensure tube pusher arm(s) do not hit rack.
