VP - 6.4 Mixing Contact Sensor Check/Adjustment

Purpose:

Perform this procedure to verify and adjust the Tube Contact Sensor Position and

Sensitivity (Fi

ure 3-45) .

1. Remove all Racks from Sample Loader.

2. Put Sample Loader in Manual Mode.

a. Press and Hold

MAN

and

START

b. Turn Power

, hold keys down until BEEPING stops.

3. Set

BAR (1/0) Switch

4. Ensure Mix Paddle(s) move Up/Down freely. Push up with fin

er, Paddle should not stick.
