If the System Agent can find Internet access from the computer, it will
automatically email the gathered information to technical support. If
not, it will prompt you to save the report as a single executable file
(
Figure 4-41), which you should save to a USB thumb drive. Then, you
can take the thumb drive to a computer that has Internet access so that
you can email it to technical support.
