Depending on whether the selected channel is hardware or software, you
can also choose to invert the polarity of the hardware signal or include a
software channel in the calculation.
The Display Name can be any combination of keyboard characters,
including spaces. You can change the display name as often as you
want.
The Units drop-down menu enables you to change the unit of
measurement for the selected unit class. Set the unit of measurement to
any unit that you want and NanoSuite will automatically convert the
units as required during calculations.
In NanoSuite, the unit class for length is called dimension.
