Mounting the Entrance and Exit Motors and Gearboxes
2) Locate two of the supplied 9/16” flat washers and Cotter Pins.
Place the washers over the Torque Plate Studs and push cotter pins through the stud holes.
Bend the cotter pins so they stay in place as shown below.
Note: You may need to loosen the torque studs a couple of turns to get the flat washers and cotter
pins in place. Be sure to apply Loc-Tite™ and re-tighten them after the parts are in place.
3) Repeat steps 1 and 2 for the other three Side Wheel Hub Assemblies.
4) Install the optional motor covers using the supplied machine screws as shown below.
