Optional On-Board Wheel Cleaner
Field Wiring from the Motor Starter Panel to the Motor.
Note: The two small gauge wires found inside the motor terminal box need to have wire nuts installed
onto each wire. The wire must not ground out to the motor chassis or each other at any time.
1) There is a low-level switch in the tank; this switch is normally open and held closed with the water level, terminate
the switch in the motor starter panel #100 and #101.
2) There is a switch near the top of the tank that tells the solenoid water valve to fill the tank. This switch is wired through
an off-delay timer that is mounted inside the motor starter box. This switch is normally closed held open with a full
water level. Terminate this switch in the motor starter panel #102 and #103.
3) The water solenoid will be terminated in the motor starter panel #18 and #142.
4) 32 amps 3 phase power @ 208VAC to the motor starter, L1, L2 and L3 in the motor starter panel, ground to the
ground lug inside panel.
5) Run the 3 phase wires from the bottom of the motor starter to the 10 Hp motor, T1, T2 and T3 in the motor starter
panel.
Note: This timer is set up as an “Off-Delay”. It controls the water level in the tank incrementing
the large dial on the timer will increase the amount of water in the tank.
