5.7.7 Installation notes according to UL508c
For an installation according to UL508c the motor must be supervised regarding the thermal behavior.
The connection and the parameter settings for the temperature motor supervision is described in
chapter 5.7 “Control terminals Standard connection”.
For an installation according to UL508c only allowed fuses can be used for mains protection. The al-
lowed fuses are described in chapter 11.2 “Device data”.
For an installation according to UL508c the in chapter 11.2 “Device data” described maximum temper-
atures must not be exceeded.
For an installation according to UL508c only 60/75°C copper conductors are allowed to be used.
For an installation according to UL508c the devices are only allowed to be used in environments ac-
cording to Pollution Degree 2.
According to UL508c Warn- or Marking labels are not allowed to be removed.
