- Select “Improve Toner Fixing” in the printer driver, or select “Thicker
Paper” in Paper Type.
- Check the machine’s environment, conditions such as high humidity and
low humidity may cause this situation to occur.
- Make a print on a different type of paper.
- Replace the drum unit with a new one.
- Replace the toner cartridge with a new one.
