3. Unscrew two M8 bolts and remove the dust-proof plate 5.

(1) M8 bolt
1. Remove both side covers and the cutter drive belt 1.
2. Unscrew the M10 bolt from the cutter drive pulley.
<When assembling>
• Apply LOCTITE to the M10 bolt.
(1) Cutter drive belt (3) M10 bolt
(2) 180 pulley
• Wear protective gloves during work.
• Be careful not to touch the cutter blade when removing
or installing the cutter shaft.
CAUTION
• Unscrew the bolt with a spanner from the cutter shaft
side.
CAUTION
4. Remove the M8 bolts from the shaft support (grain side:
3EA, stem side: 3 EA).
<When assembling>
• Set the 12T sprocket 6 with no boss surface facing the
cutter drive pulley.
