5. Open the cutter and secure it with the fi xing metal.

• Be careful not to touch the cutter blade.
CAUTION
<When assembling>
• Insert the No. 1 cutting disc between the base blade
and base rotor.
• Make sure that the whole length of the cutter installed
section on the cutter shaft is 849 mm.
• Adjust the gap between the cutter discs after installing
the cutter shaft.
7. Replace the cutter discs.

(1) Cutter shaft assembly
(A) Pull it from the grain side.
• Never touch the blade.
When removing the chopper blade, two people wearing
protective gloves should hold both end of it.
CAUTION
6. Pull out the cutter shaft assembly while tilting the shaft
support on the grain side downward.
