Sample Preparation Option Setup
1. Fill the reagent reservoir(s) (P/N 054808) with the desired
reagent(s) and place them in the organizer.
2. If you are installing a single reagent reservoir, connect the line that
extends from port A on the prep syringe valve to the reservoir cap
(see Figure B-22
).
3. If you are installing additional reagent reservoirs, connect the lines
from ports B, C, and/or D to the additional reservoirs.
NOTE Port letters A through D on the prep syringe valve
correspond to reagent reservoirs A–D on the AS
front panel screens and in software controls.
